As I was growing up, every weekend I would sit with my Dad and watch David Attenborough's nature programes on telly and soak up all the information I could.
I always wanted a dog as a child but it wasn't practical, I did have various other pets that I loved and cared for dearly.
It wasn't until I was 26 that I got my own dog, a Stafforshire Bull Terrier Puppy called Buster, he will be 10 years old this year and I love every single moment with him.
Up until October 2009 I was a purchaser for a local computer company in Segensworth, I had been studying for my CIPS qualifications (Chartered Institute of Purchase & Supply) for 5 years and then my second dog came along!!
We adopted 'Bobbie' (who we renamed Zak) a 2.5 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier in February 2009 from Stubbington Ark, every visit there would break my heart, I would be in tears and it was then that I knew I had to fulfill my dream of working with animals.
From February 2009 to October 2009 I spent my spare time researching in to setting up my own business and actually putting the wheels in motion.
I left my job October 2009 and 'Bark Angels' was launched February 2010!
